  • About 58 minutes in, halfway point, a flavor is beginning to emerge behind the veil of smoke, that dark jam-like odor is making its way onto my tongue
  • About 68 minutes in and the flavor is really starting to kick in, that jam flavor is starting to become heavy and sticky, almost sap-like
  • 1h 36m in and the jam is more rich and deep
  • Some sourdough undertone
  • Excellent construction with minimal touchups required for an even burn
  • Would've given it a higher rating if there were some flavors in the first half
