- Cold draw tastes of citrus, dried oranges
- About 37 minutes in. No particular taste has formed.
- There is some mild spice and pepper, very Smokey profile coating the tongue
- About 58 minutes in, halfway point, a flavor is beginning to emerge behind the veil of smoke, that dark jam-like odor is making its way onto my tongue
- About 68 minutes in and the flavor is really starting to kick in, that jam flavor is starting to become heavy and sticky, almost sap-like
- 1h 36m in and the jam is more rich and deep
- Some sourdough undertone
- Excellent construction with minimal touchups required for an even burn
- Would've given it a higher rating if there were some flavors in the first half
- The jam flavor re-emerging at the halfway point was a nice surprise
